We work exceptionally hard to ensure that you receive your custom miniatures as speedily as possible. Shipping time varies by location, but generally takes between 2-3 days in US and EU. 

When producing your miniatures, we pride ourselves on quality control and meticulous attention to detail to ensure that your vision is met. 

Each of your one of a kind custom miniatures are made to order and crafted to your exact specifications by our master craftsmen. 

Perfection takes time so please allow up to 14 working days for production before your models are ready for dispatch ⚒
